Behaviour Support Worker
Part Time – 14 hours per week (term-time only)
05HC £25,989 – £28,142 (Pro rata £8,244 – £8,927)
The Pastoral Team are seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join them. This is an important role within our inclusive and values-driven school, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and helping them thrive both socially and academically.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with young people, understands the causes of challenging behaviour and can build strong, trusting relationships with students and families. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, able to use initiative and committed to a restorative approach to behaviour.

The successful candidate will play a central role in helping students make positive choices, develop independence and confidently re-engage with learning.
The role includes:
- Supporting students with behaviour and social skills
- Working with families to improve engagement
- Supporting teachers with behaviour management
- Liaising with external agencies, including safeguarding
- Supervising and supporting students in our pastoral base
- Supporting reintegration into lessons
- Contributing to plans for students with additional needs
