Teaching Assistant Level 3

05HC £14,836 – £16,065 per annum

26 hours per week over 5 days

A Coaching Culture That Supports Everyone

Lady Hawkins’ School is embedding a whole-school coaching model that puts relationships and personal growth at the centre of everything we do.
• Every member of staff is a trained coach.
• Every student takes part in a Coaching Circle—a small, supportive group led by their coach where they reflect, set goals, and grow as individuals.
• Staff coaching provides a regular, structured space for reflection and collaboration

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support teaching and learning across the school
• Work with students both in class and through targeted interventions
• Play an active role in Coaching Circles and wider school life
• Contribute to our inclusive and supportive learning environment
